Pentax-K70-Black-18-135-WR

December 29th, 2017 Posted by Cameras, Video Cameras 0 thoughts on “Pentax-K70-Black-18-135-WR”

Pentax-K70
DESCRIPTION
Combining an advanced feature-set with a compact form factor, the black Pentax K-70 is a sleek DSLR characterized by its multimedia capabilities, penchant for low-light shooting, and durable construction. Revolving around a 24.24MP APS-C CMOS sensor and PRIME MII image processor, this camera is capable of continuous stills shooting up to 6 fps and Full HD 1080p video recording, and has a broad sensitivity range up to ISO 204800. The sensor’s design also omits an anti-aliasing filter, in order to gain greater sharpness and resolution, but benefits from a unique Selectable Anti-Aliasing Filter function that vibrates the sensor itself in order to mimic the moiré-reducing effects of a filter. The sensor-shift mechanism also enables Shake Reduction image stabilization, to minimize the appearance of camera shake, and Pixel Shift Resolution, to composite sequential exposures in order to gain increased detail and resolution.
Complementing the imaging capabilities, the K-70 is equally refined in regard to handling and design, and features a dust, freeze, and weather-resistant construction for working in trying conditions. A large 3.0″ 921k-dot LCD is available, and features a vari-angle design to permit working from high and low angles, and a unique Night Vision setting can be used to produce a red-coloured display in order to maintain night-adjusted vision when working in dark settings. Additionally, built-in Wi-Fi permits wireless image sharing and remote camera control from a mobile device, and the K-70 is also compatible with the optional O-GPS1 GPS Module for geotagging and AstroTracer functions.
24.24MP APS-C CMOS Sensor and PRIME MII Image Processor
A 24.24MP APS-C CMOS sensor pairs with the PRIME MII image processor to realize clean, high-resolution still image quality, a sensitivity range of ISO 100-204800, and the ability to record Full HD 1080p video. The processor and sensor combination also affords a range of continuous shooting capabilities, including a 6 fps shooting rate for up to 40 consecutive JPEGs, 10 raw/DNG frames, or 8 raw+JPEG exposures.
Selectable Anti-Aliasing Filter
A unique and innovative mechanism allows you to toggle an anti-aliasing filter effect either on or off, providing support for both the high-resolution abilities of a filter-less design as well as advanced moiré protection. With the filter in the Off position, the camera is more prone to acquiring maximum sharpness, resolution, and detail from an image for the highest attainable image quality. When the filter position is set to either Type1 or Type2, an anti-aliasing simulator applies microscopic vibrations to the image sensor unit during exposure; working to create the same effect as an optical anti-aliasing filter. Having both options available extends the camera’s versatility and allows personalized selection of the benefits best-suited to individual applications. Additionally, AA filter simulation settings can also be bracketed for times when the likelihood of moiré is unknown.
Sensor-Shift Type Shake Reduction and Pixel Shift Resolution
In-camera sensor-shift type Shake Reduction (SR) works to minimize the appearance of camera shake for sharper handheld shooting with any mounted lens. This is ideal for working in low-light conditions or with longer lenses and, since the image stabilization is located within the body, both past, legacy lenses as well as current Pentax lenses receive the benefits of SR.
The sensor-shift image stabilization goes on to benefit other camera functions, including the AA Filter Simulator function as well as Pixel Shift Resolution and Diffraction Correction. Pixel Shift Resolution technology composites sequentially recorded stills while shifting the image sensor in one pixel increments in each direction after each exposure in order to increase the effective resolving power, reduce noise, and achieve a more refined colour palette. This mode is further enhanced with Motion Correction, which makes it possible to photograph moving subjects without artifacting or ghosting while still reaping the high-resolution benefits of Pixel Shift Resolution. Similarly, a Diffraction Correction function minimizes the effects of diffraction and other aberrations common to working with smaller aperture sizes. This technology is possible due to the heightened processing capabilities of the PRIME MII engine, and can also be applied to imagery during in-camera raw file development.
SAFOX X Autofocus System
The SAFOX X autofocus system employs 11 distinct phase-detection points, including 9 cross-type sensors in the centre, to quickly and accurately acquire focus on subjects in a variety of lighting conditions down to -3 EV. Also benefiting autofocus performance, the 77-segment exposure metering sensor, light source sensor, and AF assist light help to further refine the focusing accuracy despite working in challenging situations.
When shooting video or working in live view, a Hybrid AF system is employed that blends both on-sensor phase-detection and contrast-detection focusing methods for quick and accurate results. Face Detection, Tracking, and selectable AF points are also available for refined control, along with focus peaking to benefit manual focus operation.
Full HD 1080p Video and 4K Interval Recording
Full HD 1920 x 1080 video recording is supported in multiple frame rates, including 60i, 50i, 30p, 25p, and 24p, in the high-quality H.264 format. HD 1280 x 720 video is also supported in 60p and 50p frame rates. Audio can be recorded along with video using the built-in stereo microphone or, additionally, a 3.5mm microphone terminal is available for use of an external mic.
Beyond standard movie recording, an interval timer can also be used for making time-lapse sequences, which can be saved simply as stills or files can be recorded at 4K resolution (3840 x 2160) and compiled into a Motion JPEG file for seamless playback. The interval timer allows you to record up to 2,000 consecutive frames with an interval of 2 seconds to 24 hours between each frame, and a 2 second to 24 hour time delay available.

DESCRIPTION
An upgraded follow-up to the XC10, the Canon XC15 4K Professional Camcorder is enhanced for more professional use, providing for a more complete audio/video capture workflow among other in the same compact, ergonomic form factor.
The XC15 features a 1″ 12MP CMOS sensor capable of capturing up to Ultra HD 4K resolutions at up to 29.97 fps and 1080p at up to 59.94p, and an integrated f/2.8 – 5.6, 8.9 to 89mm zoom lens, which has a 35mm equivalent focal length of 27.3 to 273mm in video mode. The camera has separate focus and zoom rings and offers auto and manual focus controls. The XC15 supports both CFast and SD cards like the XC10 did. 4K video records to CFast cards in an MXF wrapper at up to 305 Mbps in an H.264-based, IntraFrame, 4:2:2, 8-bit codec; while 1080p video writes to SD cards at up to 50 Mbps in an H.264-based, Long-GOP, 4:2:2, 8-bit codec, also in an MXF wrapper. Still images are also written to SD cards. Keeping 4K video separate from 1080p and stills will help avoid data mix-ups. The XC15 comes with the MA-400 microphone adaptor and features an XLR audio input supporting the adaptor. The MA-400 was originally designed for the C300 Mk II and is geared toward single-user applications such as run-and-gun news gathering. It’s shoe-mountable from two different positions and offers an external mic holder.
With the added XLR input, menu options have also been added to the XC15 and many existing ones revised for pro applications. Among the new menu options you’ll find internal mic trimming, mic low-cut, and internal mic sensitivity. New looks have been added as well for movies and still photos. The movie looks from the C300 Mk II have been incorporated, and this will allow for consistency with the C300 Mk II if you use the XC15 as a B-camera, and will also make grading easier. The XC15 also has a new 24p mode for both 4K and 1080p video for film productions (in addition to the XC10’s 23.98p), and 24p can also be recorded at up to 305 Mbps in 4K, just like in the C300 Mk II, allowing for further consistency. The XC15 also features a Waveform Monitor display, which enables accurate monitoring of video signal characteristics during outdoor shooting or whenever lighting conditions make the display difficult to see. Three additional shutter speeds matching the C300 Mk II have also been added for flicker reduction. You’ll be able to set the right speed to handle the wave frequency at the shooting location. The scale display has also been changed to now be based on 1/24 second shutter speeds in following with the 23.98 sequence, improving usability for cinema productions. Finding a standard shutter speed is generally hard when shooting in 23.98p, but now that has changed with the UI being based on 1/24 second shutter speeds. The shutter speed display can also be switched to a shutter angle display from the menu if that’s how you prefer it.
Another new feature is Highlight Priority, a new gamma mode that provides similar effects to HDR. Highlight Priority offers a bright linear display that expresses the very tonality seen with the eyes. The colour reproduction and sharpness of mid- to high-brightness areas are displayed with greater realism. Rules can also now be assigned to file names and metadata after filming for easier data management using XF-AVC. Proxy files are defined to be distinguished with a quick look at the file name, improving work efficiency. And finally, there’s also a new touch panel with an operation lock. When operating the camera with cross keys, you can set the operation lock to prevent mistakes in operation and settings.
The XC15 is small enough to be highly compact, yet large enough to handle comfortably. It features a grip on the side with a record button and other controls at your fingertips. The LCD on the rear is centred and tiltable. The included viewfinder attaches right onto the LCD and stays at the centre of the rear of the camera, which is especially beneficial for those rare users who prefer to use their left eye with viewfinders. The camera also has a large foot on the bottom that allows you to safely place it down. Among the included accessories you get a hood, GPS receiver, wireless remote, power accessories, cables, and a soft carrying case.

Canon_XA15_Professional_Camcorder
DESCRIPTION
The Canon XA15 Full HD Camcorder is a compact run-and-gun camera that is suitable for ENG, event coverage, and independent and documentary filmmaking. It incorporates SDI, HDMI, and composite outputs. The camera features a 1/2.84″, 1920 x 1080 CMOS sensor that captures video at various frame rates up to 59.94p, including a 24p mode for a more cinematic feel. The integrated Canon 20x HD optical zoom lens has a 35mm equivalent zoom range of 26.8 to 576mm, and features an 8-bladed iris to render highlights in a more natural manner.
The final piece in the image chain is Canon’s Digic DV 4 image processor. This high-speed image-processing engine powers Canon’s Dynamic IS (Image Stabilization) mode reducing image distortion over traditional up-down, left-right image stabilization by adding correction for camera roll in three axes. The power of the Digic DV 4 allows the camera to simultaneously encode your video to two different codecs and bit rates, allowing you to have web-ready versions of your master footage available as soon as you stop recording.
The XA15 features both a 3.5″ OLED touch panel view screen with a 10,000:1 contrast ratio, and a colour electronic viewfinder with 1,560,000 dots of resolution. The camera features full manual control and auto modes for exposure, focus, white balance, gain, and shutter speed. The camera provides professional features such as a pre-record buffer, peaking, zebra bars, colour bars, and reference tone. The zoom speed is adjustable with variable, constant (with 16 different speed levels), fast, normal, and slow settings. The camera features a detachable top handle with zoom toggle, record start/stop, IR emitter, tally light, accessory shoe, external mic holder, two XLR connectors with phantom power, and manual audio level controls.
Two built-in SD/SDHC/SDXC memory card slots allow you to record video to available media cards in both slots at the same time. This allows you to create an instant backup copy for archiving and data protection. You can also capture high-resolution AVCHD or MP4 video files on one card while creating a lower data rate MP4 more suitable for the web on the other card. When using two media cards and the camera is in Relay mode, there is no need to stop shooting to swap out a full media card; when one card becomes full, recording seamlessly switches to the other card. Built-in dual-band Wi-Fi allows you to FTP video files directly from the camera, or play back footage from the memory cards to Wi-Fi enabled TVs and computers. You can also remotely control camera functions from a smartphone or tablet over Wi-Fi, freeing you from remote cables.
Canon Native 1920 x 1080 CMOS Sensor
The XA15 features a 1/2.84-inch HD CMOS Pro Sensor with 2.91MP. The large size of the individual pixels enable a minimum subject illumination of 1.0 lux for shooting in low-light conditions.
20x Optical Zoom Lens
The Canon 20x HD zoom lens provides a zoom range with a 35mm equivalent of 26.8 to 576mm, and features an improved circular iris design providing a more natural look with out-of-focus areas that are smoother and more appealing. Zoom speed can be set to variable, constant (with 16 levels), fast, normal, or slow.
Digic DV 4 Image Processor
The DIGIC DV 4 Image Processor works in concert with the sensor to provide images with low noise and rich colour depth. The processing power of the Digic DV 4 enables the simultaneous encoding of video to different codecs and bit rates for recording to two separate SD cards at the same time.
Auto Focus
Canon Auto Focus (AF) features include natural-looking medium speed, instant, and face detection AF, which can significantly reduce the effort required when shooters need to keep a particular face in focus in a jostling crowd or similar situation.
Advanced Displays
• Zebra bars selectable between 70 and 100% are available to help you judge exposure.
• The XA15 features peaking and 2x image magnification as focus aids.
• The camera can display and record colour bars or colour bars with reference tone. The colour bars comply with the SMPTE standards. Reference tone levels can be set at -12, -18, or -20 dB.

3″ OLED Touch Panel View Screen and EVF The 3″, 1,230,000-dot touch panel view screen enables rapidly moving through and selecting menu settings. The Colour EVF is a 0.24 inch with 1,560,000 dots of resolution, and tilts up to 45° to accommodate different shooting positions.
Manual Camera Control
• The XA15 features selectable manual/automatic control on the camera functions, allowing you to choose the best settings for the situation. Functions include: Exposure, Shutter Speed, Iris, Gain, Exposure Lock, AGC Limit.
• White Balance features six presets (Daylight, Shade, Cloudy, Tungsten, Fluorescent H, and Fluorescent), as well as two manual white balance settings. Additionally, when specific adjustment of the colour temperature is desired, the colour temperature may be adjusted in 100K increments from 2000 to 15,000K.
• The camera’s body features five user assignable buttons so you can customize the camera to access features without having to enter the menu system.

Audio
The XA15 features an integrated microphone, and the detachable handle houses two XLR Line/Mic level inputs with +48V phantom power for connecting external mics. The detachable handle also houses the manual audio level controls. A built-in 3.5mm headphone jack with 16 volume settings provides for accurate audio monitoring.
Outputs
The XA15 features an SDI output, as well as an HDMI port, and an AV mini terminal for composite video (and audio) via a four-pole 3.5mm mini-jack.
Media Card Slots
Two SD/SDHC/SDXC card slots are built into the camera, allowing for varied recording options:
• Dual recording: Allows you to simultaneously record the same footage to different media cards using different codecs and bit rates.
• Double-slot recording: Allows you to record simultaneously to each of the two SD memory card slots, providing an instant backup for your footage.
• Relay recording: The XA15 automatically switches video recording from one memory card to the other when the first memory card becomes full.

Infrared Shooting Mode
Engaging the Infrared (IR) shooting mode moves the IR Cut filter out of the optical path for shooting in extreme low-light conditions. An IR emitter built into the detachable top handle provides an IR source, and the built-in IR diffuser helps prevent IR hot spots on the subject. In IR mode, you can select from the traditional green hued IR image or the default setting, which produces a black and white image.
Wired Connectivity
• USB: An integrated Hi-Speed USB (mini-B) port allows you to download footage from the memory cards. This port is for output only.
• Remote control port: The camera features a built-in 2.5mm stereo mini-jack for LANC control.

Detachable Top Handle
The detachable top handle contains the audio controls and external XLR audio inputs, as well as a tally light, the infrared emitter, and an accessory shoe. You can remove the top handle from the camera to create an even smaller shooting package.
Additional Features
• Photo capture: The XA15 offers the ability to capture 1920 x 1080 still images. Photos may be captured to an SD memory card during recording, as well as “frame-grabbed” during playback.
• Pre-record: The XA15 continuously buffers approximately three seconds of video in memory. When you begin recording the contents of the buffer memory are added allowing you to capture footage before you press record.
• Intelligent battery system: The XA15 is compatible with Canon’s Intelligent lithium-ion batteries, which communicate remaining running time (down to the minute) to the user.
• Language support: The XA15 supports 27 languages: Czech, Danish, German, Greek, English, Spanish, French, Italian, Hungarian, Malay, Dutch, Norwegian, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Finnish, Swedish, Turkish, Russian, Ukrainian, Arabic, Farsi, Thai, Chinese (simplified characters), Chinese (traditional characters), Korean, and Japanese.

With the XC10 4K Camcorder from Canon, professional UltraHD 4K recording capability is presented in package ergonomically designed for handheld operation and portability. The camera incorporates a 10x f/2.8 to 5.6 SLR-style manual zoom lens with auto and manual focus capability. The 4K recording in a compact form factor is made possible by the camera’s 1″ CMOS sensor that is backed by a DIGIC DV 4 image processor. With a 4224 x 3164 total resolution, it is able to capture video at up to 3840 x 2160 and 4:3 photos in up to 12-megapixels (4000 x 3000). The 8.9 to 89mm lens yields a 35mm equivalent focal length of 27.3 to 273mm in video mode and 24.1 to 241mm in the 4:3 photo modes. Video is recorded with H.264 compression and packed in the widely supported MXF wrapper. Bitrates 35 and 50 Mbps are available for 720p and 1080i/p recording, and there are 205 and 305 Mbps modes (depending on frame rate) for UltraHD 4K.
The size of the XC10 lends the camera to run-and-gun applications, such as documentary and many types of event shooting, where the larger form factor of an interchangeable lens cinema camera or DSLR might prove impractical. Another obvious use case for high performance in a small body is mounting on a medium-sized UAV such as a hexa-rotor. The camera features a hot shoe that supports Canon speed lights or works as a standard cold shoe for LEDs, microphones, or other third-party on-camera accessories. Still photos, user settings, and video up to and including 1080p are recorded to SDHC/SDXC memory cards. To handle the up to 305 Mbps bitrate of 4K video there is also a CFast card slot. The camera powers from the same LP-E6 type battery widely used in Canon EOS DSLRs.
DIGIC DV 4 Image Processor
Designed and built by Canon the DIGIC DV 4 Image Processor uses proprietary circuits and architecture designed to retain high image quality with minimal compression artifacting even when applying complex compression algorithms such as those required by H.264 – all while maintaining low power consumption and minimal heat output for better battery life and less chance of overheating
Canon Log Gamma and Wide DR Gamma
Canon Log records an image with subdued contrast and sharpness, which preserves a high dynamic range and presupposes colour grading in postproduction. Canon Log Gamma emphasizes rich gradients from mid-range to highlights, resulting in up to 12-stops of dynamic range For those who would rather not grade in post: Wide DR Gamma yields wide dynamic range by suppressing brightness while maintaining gradations but is designed to produce finished-looking images without requiring any colour grading in post-production
100 to 20,000 ISO Range
With a wide ISO range of 100 to 20,000 – coupled with iris and shutter speed control – the XC10 is able to electronically adjust to a range of lighting conditions, from broad daylight to dimly lit rooms. For those more experienced in the video world, there is also the option to use gain values rather than ISO. Gain can be set in the range of 0 to 42dB. To help avoid excessive noise, limits can be defined for both gain and ISO when using auto exposure modes
3″ LCD Display
For monitoring, playback, and menu access, the XC10 features a 3″, 1,030,000-dot LCD. It features a full 100% coverage so there will be no worries about pesky boom mics or other protrusion creeping into the edge of a shot unnoticed. The screen is capacitive-touch sensitive allowing you to access settings that do not have dedicated buttons provided
CFast and SD Card Slots
For every day photo and video capture (up to 1080p), there is an SDHC/SDXC card slot. An SD card can also be used to store user customizations. To accommodate the up to 305 Mbps that 4K video capture requires there is a separate CFast card slot
720p High Framerate Recording
Capture either 100 fps for PAL area or 120 fps for NTSC area to create slow-motion effects. These high-speed frame rates are recorded in either 35 or 50 Mbps
Ergonomic Design with Tilting Grip
You can always mount the XC10 to a tripod or other stabilization device, but it is designed to be comfortable handheld as well. The handgrip features a photo/video mode selection toggle, record start/stop button, and exposure rotary all accessible by index finger for easy one-handed operation. The grip also tilts up to 90-degrees, helping you to shoot from high or low angles
SLR-Style Lens Operation
The 10x optical zoom lens features dedicated focus and zoom rings, providing the feel of a typical DSLR lens
